I highly recommend giving yourself a face mask at least once a week if you want to keep your skin glowing and give yourself some much needed time to rest. When your skin becomes flushed, experiencing aggressive breakouts, or needs more attention, you can increase the masking frequency to two or three times a week. You can also perform targeted treatments, often referred to as spot treatments, and apply the Rescue Mask directly to the problem area. You can perform the action as often as you want.

When you have the time, treat yourself to a facial that is more than just a short treatment! Make yourself a soothing cup of tea or pour yourself a glass of organic wine, then snuggle up on the couch with an uplifting book or magazine.

Keep in mind that our Harmony Rescue Mask is a versatile product that can be incorporated into your skin care routine in a variety of ways, including the following:⠀⠀

Use the treatment mask once or twice a week or whenever your skin needs a boost in terms of thorough cleansing, brightening and detoxification. When preparing a powder mask, always add water carefully because it will be easier to add more water later to change the consistency if necessary. This is professional advice.

As a gentle exfoliator and cleanser, mix a small amount of powder with a little water or facial oil in the palm of your hand. Then very gently massage the skin in circular motions. Despite the fact that the powder contains soft clay microparticles and plant extracts, exfoliation must be done gently and with minimal pressure. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin.

To treat individual spots, make a thick paste with water and add some manuka honey to the mixture for an antibacterial effect. Directly address the region that is causing the problem. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Clay masks can do wonders for your complexion, but only when they are still damp after application.

Do your best to prevent your skin from completely drying out, as this can lead to dehydration and irritation.

You can add a few drops of a facial oil or carrier oil suitable for your skin if you would like the effect of the treatment to last for a longer period of time.

You can keep the mask moist by sprinkling it with floral water such as lavender or rose. In addition, you can give your skincare an extra boost by adding some honey, aloe vera gel, or yogurt.

Skin care doesn’t have to be a chore; to get the most out of it, turn it into a relaxing ritual instead.
