We accept payments through credit or debit cards, specifically Mastercard and Visa. Please note that all orders are processed in Great Britain Pounds (GBP), with prices in other currencies serving as estimates only.
We ship orders within the UK via a range of couriers including Amazon Shipping, Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail. For high-value or large quantity orders, we may choose to use DHL Tracked services at our discretion. Our standard dispatch time is within 7 business days, excluding Public Holidays, and the typical shipping cost is £5.99.
For orders outside the UK, we utilize various international shipping partners and may upgrade to DHL Tracked services for significant orders, based on our judgment. These orders are generally dispatched within 14 business days, not counting Public Holidays. The shipping cost for a range of countries including destinations in Asia, Europe, North and South America is £10.99.
